Upload Instructions

Please Contact us before uploading files to get a User name and Password.

Currently the largest file size allowed is just under 35 MB.

I recommend compressing your file beforehand. Compression makes your upload smaller and detects any errors that might have occurred during the transfer.

I recommend the following file compression software:

• http://www.7-zip.org/
• http://www.winzip.com/

Suggested File Types

• .tiff is our preferred format.
• .psd Photoshop format works too, but flatten your image first.
• .jpg Only if saved with a very high quality setting. If you don't know what that means, try .tiff first.
• other We can accept other formats, but the three above are the ones we use most.
